Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. General Provisions
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Stafr and supersede all prior discussions, representations, or agreements.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
No Waiver. Failure by Stafr to enforce any provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it in the future.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without Stafr's prior written consent. Stafr may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
